The city of Blackstone is propped up by corruption and fear. Public defender Jaime Nuezformer baseball hero, now a divorced dadhas tried his best, but the criminal justice system targets the weak and poor. So Jaime has chosen a more direct way to make a difference: as the masked hero known as The Dusk.
