RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS AND SHIPPING TERMS OF AGREEMENT

APPLICABLE TO ALL PRE-ORDER/IN STOCK COMICS AND CGC ITEMS.

RETURNS/CANCELLATION 

There is a 10% cancellation fee on all pre-order items.  All orders are FINAL once items have been shipped.

DISCLAIMER: We do our best to provide you with the best copies available.  However, due to the nature of the comic book medium, SOME BOOKS MAY HAVE MINOR IMPERFECTIONS DUE TO THE PRINTING PROCESS.

**Printer defects are not considered damaged.
In the case of damaged items/errors due to shipping, please contact us at contact@krscomics.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.

SIGNATURE ITEMS

Estimated ship dates on signed items are SUBJECT TO CHANGE due to logistical issues that may arise with the artists.  No refunds allowed on pre-order signature items.  

CGC PRE-ORDERS

Our 9.8 CGC offering is a guarantee. In the event we are unable to fulfill your order,  a full CREDIT for the entire purchase amount will be issued and you will still receive the lower grade product.  No refunds allowed.

CGC cases are NO LONGER guaranteed to be pristine. 

Some CGC cases may come with normal scuffing attributed to the encapsulation process at CGC.  If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your CGC casing, it is your responsibility to contact CGC and arrange re-casing. 

SHIPPING
Items will be shipped within 3-10 business days after arriving at our facility.  Orders will begin to ship when the last item in your order has arrived at our facility.  In larger orders, we may split your order so that you may receive some items sooner.
